january 2022Ribbons of diamonds for Cartier’s Place Vendôme flagship
Interior designer Laura Gonzalez chose Ateliers Pictet to create a glasswork for the Cartier flagship store on Place Vendôme, Paris.
Drawing on archive documents made available courtesy of Cartier’s Heritage Department, the studio imagined and made a work inspired by Cartier jewellery.
This three-part wall panel showcases several of the techniques for which Ateliers Pictet is renowned: saw and chisel engraving, etching and gilding.
